Lila Shelley joined Shelley Cupp Schulte, P.C. in the fall of 2023 following her graduation from the University of Michigan Law School.
While at Michigan, she served as Executive Editor on two law journals, the Michigan Journal of Race and Law and the Michigan Journal of Gender and Law. She also served as a student attorney in two clinics, the Human Trafficking Clinic, assisting victims of human trafficking in navigating the immigration system, and the Pediatric Advocacy Clinic, assisting families in addressing legal aspects of their children’s health, such as special education accommodations and Medicaid appeals.
She is working on a wide variety of employment matters, including cases involving discrimination and wage theft.
