Lizabeth Daniels

Background

Originally from Worcester, Massachusetts, Lizabeth Daniels brings over 20 years of paralegal experience to her current role with Shelley Cupp Schulte. She joined the firm in December 2013.

Lizabeth is one of the first people that clients talk to when they call the firm, as she handles intake of new cases. She assists with cases from inception through litigation, including discovery, trial, and appeal, when necessary. She assists with document examination and management, drafting of discovery, fact development, deposition preparation, and trial preparation. Lizabeth provides attorneys with solid and reliable assistance and serves as a listening ear to our clients. While our clients experience open communication with their attorney, she is an additional liaison between clients and our firm.

Lizabeth also handles all administrative responsibilities for the firm, including onboard of new hires, training of firm procedures, accounts payable and receivable for the firm, client billing including payments and settlements, and balancing of accounts. She is a certified notary public.

Previously, Lizabeth worked as a paralegal for a variety of firms in Virginia and Massachusetts. Her work included serving as lead paralegal in multi-plaintiff toxic tort litigation and assisting in trial preparation for cases involving medical malpractice, personal injury, insurance defense, and probate and family law. Additionally, she served as Accounts Payable Administrator for a large company, managing high volume accounts payables for the corporate office and 13 branch locations.
